How Do I Search?
Xsearch is the ultimate in javascript search-engines.
Most other javascript search engines use frames or forms to make displaying
their findings easier. XSearch uses the same tricks as "real" search
engines: dynamic-page-creation. Each time you do a search, xsearch
will reload itself creating a page that contains the links to the
results of your query. XSearch needs to reload, and "redraw" the complete
page every time you do a search. This might make the search engine
slower then some others because of the size of the database. |
